For every action there is an EQUAL AND OPPOSITE reaction.
It is physically impossible for the much smaller upper portion of the building to be able to crush the much taller and stronger built bottom portion.
30 upper floors can only crush at most 30 lower floors. Even less if the 30 below have more steel reinforcement.
The only way the upper portion can do more damage is with explosive help.
You know our school system is fucked when no one bothers to question why the upper 30 floors were completely invulnerable to the crushing forces until they hit the ground.

If you have evidence that it was not a plane, feel free to share.
Regardless, 30 floors of building cannot crush 80 stronger built floors.
