I think a lot of flat-earthers are actually thought provokers, people pushing you to question what it is you know, and how you know it. ...Did you measure and calculate that yourself, or did you read it?
It leads to recognition of faith being a key component in sci-tech... To build higher on the shoulders of giants, without reproving\discovering their proofs and discoveries.
As much brow beating as I see about flat Earth being stupid, I still haven't seen it properly discredited. People who act like others with different opinions than them are "stupid" when there's no way they can know they're right are assholes. People who say the Earth is flat and rag about it all day long aren't hurting anybody.
Fighting about it doesn't help anyone, at least flat Earthers seem to be the ones trying to explain why they're right.
Ship over the horizon is one. Airline flight times are another. Then you've gotta think about all the people who would have to "be in on it" if the earth were really flat.
There are zero commercial flights that ever fly over Antarctica. Flight paths that are flown are in line with a flat Earth so airlines and pilots don't have to be in on it. Travel schedules make perfect sense. The satellite industry would definitely need to be in on it, and anything dealing with low Earth orbit.
But basically that's it. And as usual, not the entire industry just some key positions.

Flight paths seems to be the one thing most flat earth people never shut up about so it's easy to find probably thousands of pages talking about it just search for "flight paths earth" and almost every link (assuming you don't use google because all that'll show you these days is tranny porn) is related to flat earther's screaming at the sky for someone to listen to them.
But you didn't even go listen to them. You just asserted that you know exactly everything you need to know about flight paths.
I know what the difference between a flat earth, centered around the north pole, and a ball earth looks like. The further "south" you go, the greater the disparity. What nuance am I missing?
Also, the only tranny porn I've seen in a long time is currently on QRV. Perhaps my google searches are better worded?
