This is way beyond plausible. It turns out that Luxottica is buying all the brands of glasses and sunglasses. This is fucking crazy. There is no more competition in glasses and sunglasses market.

In the UK they raised the prices on all the Oakley sports frames. To get a pair of Oakley sport frames is about £250 ($400). If you want prescription lenses put in them you are talking about £500 ($700).
