It is now seeping into everything online, not just Reddit, now Github, 4chan, etc. This "movement" completely seems to lack common sense or any clear knowledge of cause and effect. I know tumblr and other areas are hotbeds of this thinking but could it be actually government propaganda?
We are seeing the sterilizing of the internet via political correctness and I don't think its normal.. It completely flies against everything most of us were raised to believe in the past.
Instead of bastions of free speech, we are now broken and the locations where people fought bad government policies together are now more and more decentralized.. Many media organizations seem to thrive on the chaos, but could this be government and media collusion?

They use IRCs to flood sites they feel are opposite to them. They infiltrate forums with cp and hate speech and then attempt to have them shut down. They're everywhere because that's how they gain control of the dialogue. Any comment section online, any forum you will find them pushing their cause. They use the internet as their soapbox quite effectively, we just have to fight back 2x as hard. I mercilessly mock them and think we should all do the same. Mock their idiocy and point out their obvious fallacies, that's the best I think any of us can do.

Problem is when they get control of the forums themselves, thus they get the ability to censor criticisms.

Exactly why I love the modlogs here, it makes it very easy to prove when a mod is biased.
