Obviously the (((bankers))) wanted to a global currency of their own, but there is conflict of interest eg. the Military Industrial Complex etc wouldn't agree, as Petrodollar is by far, their most powerful weapon.

Who do you think is in charge (or have more say)? Otherwise, how do they reconcile...
