Here's the link.
Be forewarned: it's long. Two hours long. And there's no "scales dropped from my eyes" revelation. It starts with an introduction to the Port Chicago incident and pieces together a story of race relations in the Bay Area. What is interesting is how often intersections with conspiracy theories (particularly COINTELPRO and CIA drug running) are highlighted rather than obscured. There's a lot of tangential topics that might have been related, but it's already pretty long. It manages to keep a pretty even hand and revisits some ideas that have been massaged by history, such as Carter (not Reagan) beginning work with the Contras.
