This video was just uploaded from a user near Detroit that I have personally been in contact with in the past regarding our research on electronic harassment weapons.

He is looking for background audio recordings from downtown Seattle. This can only mean one thing. He has reports of these weapons being used in that area. He doesn't say what he is up to in the video. But I know this man does better audio analysis than me.

If anyone in that location can get in contact with him and help you may be able to help catch these deep state cunts in the act!
