All I said was that it sounds like bullshit. Do you have any evidence that a person's mind can be controlled with radio or any other electromagnetic wave?
You posted some crazy website's article that doesn't mention anything about electromagnetism.
This is the only thing I could find speaking about the quality of that "source"
The wavelengths are 1 km in length. They will not fit into a person's head. You cannot control someone's brain with a low frequency radio wave. The shooter was probably just crazy
A large number of studies have been performed over the last two decades to assess whether mobile phones pose a potential health risk. To date, no adverse health effects have been established as being caused by mobile phone use.
Is there another study? This one says nothing about EMF being used for mind control.
Also a "brain wave" measured by EEG is a purely electrical thing.
A radio wave has an electrical and magnetic component. They are different things. Have you ever seen the light in a room mess up the electronics when it hit it?
This doesn't happen because light (electromagnetic wave) is different from alternating current (a purely electrical wave)
brain wave patterns (alpha, beta, gamma, etc.) can be modified using a variety of waves, e.g. microwave, light, etc. with varying degrees of reliability.
it is documented science... that video shows how light does it, and the paper shows how it can be done using EMFs; albeit the studies were most reliably documented when subjects were in a sleep state.
I'm not going to watch an hour long video. Circadian cycles happen because our eyes see the sunlight. It's different from someone shining a light on your head (EMR) and having it control what you think.
Again, brain "waves" are electrical signals.
Here's some quotes from that WHO study you just linked:
A large number of provocation studies have been conducted in adults. In general,
earlier provocation studies indicating effects of RF EMF on cognitive performance
have not been replicated in more recent and higher-quality provocation studies.
another
The significance of such biological effects on health per se is unknown, but so far the changes recorded have not been found to relate to any specific health effects. It is important to clarify the neural processes underlying possible RF field effects on the brain.
a third
There have been several recent high-quality provocation studies of people reporting health symptoms that they attribute to RF EMF exposure. The results of these studies do not show any relation between the symptoms that these individuals experience and RF EMF exposure.
I'm glad that the WHO disagrees with this woman's claims.

Electromagnetic mind control? sounds like bullshit

Nice try at debunking. Here is more for anyone wanting to do the "research".

got to love the disagreeing downvotes...

The facts are out there. Look at the two comments on this page with what I thought was just a bunch of BS shit.

No, one of the comments was a wall of gibberish. The other linked to the same thing you did above.
That shooter was saying he was being controlled by "low frequency" radio waves.
Look at wikipedia

Waves don't need to "fit in a head".
They need to deliver enough energy to alter function.
They can do this singly or jointly, e.g. multiple wave frequencies.
Read up on the radio wave frequency study by the WHO; that study acknowledges that electromagnetic waves can alter brain wave patterns.

Do you have a link? The top goole result for "radio waves frequency world health organization"
Gets this fat sheet which says

If you still want more information after reading that, there are many other studies.
As to light affecting processes, that would be tied to the circadian clock.

Look at my comments.
What you are claiming what I am stating is not what I am stating.
Take care.
