Truth isn’t a matter of agreement. Our very language is stolen from us, man. We unconsciously say things that are inherently illogical. It’s exhausting just trying to fix that in ourselves, never mind getting others to understand and fix it.
In terms of behaviors which are objectively the healthiest and most beneficial, we’d have a series of ethnically homogeneous nations wherein families are (legally recognized as) led by men, under economic conditions whereby they are sole breadwinners and able to afford at least 2.1 children without incurring debt. Monetarily, the nation would be bound to physical specie, denominated in the currency.
These are things which have either been shown in practice to be either universally beneficial in practice, objectively superior in controlled testing, or both. There are more to list, of course, but I feel like death right now and can’t expound.

Depends on how you want to define the method of modification. Brainwashing is relatively simple. Psychological torture is second nature to jews. We've been made to forget so much of our past (history and past white behavior) that many modifications are now self-policing. Whites attack other whites for not falling for it. Physiological modification is relatively new compared to the old jewish fare of psychology. The xenoestrogens in the water and the soy and hormones in the food had to wait until industrial society could produce them, after all.
How about on a Biblical scale? Was our DNA changed to make us more susceptible to brainwashing? It seems like the Jews/Satanists/Demons, etc. have the keys to control most of humanity.
