I don't trust plastic 3D printed guns especially with long term usage. Even with PETG plastic which is a combination PLA / ABS (two very common plastics to 3D print with) I'd still be hesitant. PETG is designed to remove the worse elements of PLA / ABS and keep the best elements of PLA / ABS at the same time or at least is intended that way overall.

Personally to get something worthwhile I'd figure I'd have to at least spend $25k to $50k on a metal 3D printer. IDK personally on this, but from what I gather to get decent quality at least especially over a long period of time this is what I figure I'd at least need.

use it like the liberator pistol... take an armed enemy combatant, & take their equipment.. wash rinse repeat... only takes one head shot from a plastic gun to get a nice M4 or AK

At that point a fucking pellet gun becomes a better option, I've seen ones in .356 that can fire up to ten shots decent shots on a single tank with five round mags, was probably bolt action but that's still better than a single shot...

years ago, one of my friends had a .22 pelet gun. pump up kind. almost went through the head of a shovel i think it was a benjamin or beeman

A brass tipped or high weight slug-slyle pellet probably would have went through, and in general .22 pellets tend to be short and stubby in comparison to .25 and especially .177 so either of those likely would have gone through as well.

Honestly from my small amount of experience multipumps are an absolute bitch and a half in terms of reliability, You can get a springer for a similar price with similar power and it will be reliable and easily serviceable, or spend a bit more, get a PCP and have most of your problems come from your external pump.
