I don't know. I'm not convinced on this one per say. I think the government is super advanced when it comes to predicting and/or having plans ready to be put in place for these types of situations to say the least. Probably always writing / doing scenarios on everything they can think of and/or come up with. Not to discredit you or anything like that to as well because with The Patriot Act and the trends following suit almost repeatedly year after year to as well and it get worse year by year to as well for the most part. I don't know. Hard to tell sometimes. You might have it here.
