Oh, for fuck's sake, is anyone stupid enough to believe this dreck? You don't "reduce the mass" of an aircraft. We don't know how to control gravity. If you believe this stuff, you probably think the Earth is flat, and that nobody walked on the surface of the Moon. Hell, you probably think the Twin Towers were brought down by planted explosive charges.

what like an atom-thick layer of vacuum? would this reduce any friction? it would even increase the friction and drag. it certainly wont reduce the mass, it could affect the inertia if it wasnt a static vacuum, just like firing the propellant does, fired in a given direction.
