This is an elite inside job. Like a bat signal this is to get all 8000-9000 ready for Something, most likely war. April is a big month for this. April 30th is Walpurgisnacht. Satan's birthday.

The yellow smoke. Easter. Scaffolding. This will be blamed on the muzzies.

I can't find who was doing renovations. That companies employees are the key.

The building was in disrepair for along time. Much of it off limits behind locked doors. It's owned by the government and leased to the church for free on a permanent basis.
