Seth Rich had access to the NGP VAN data at the end of 2015. NGP VAN is a campaign software that allows candidates to track donors, maintain internal communications, etc.

Hillary, being close to the creators of NGP VAN, was given access to a secret backdoor that they used to spy on everyone else's campaign.. including Bernie's. When Bernie's IT guy found this backdoor, he promptly downloaded Hillary's version.

The ability to compare these two versions is the forensic evidence needed to shut the DNC's doors.

We know that Seth Rich had access to this information. Additionally, he was working a a voting app for the primaries, where he realized that Hillary was also stealing votes by manipulating voting locations.

This pool of evidence was a slam dunk against Hillary.

In March of 2016, both the Podesta emails and DNC emails were hacked.

The Panama Papers start to hit.

Guccifer 2.0 seemingly has data from the NGP VAN.

In April of 2016, the DCLeaks.com site name was purchased.

In June of 2016, DNC emails are published on DCLeaks, NOT Wikileaks.

In July of 2016, Wikileaks republishes the DNC emails that were already on DCLeaks. This means that Seth RIch was not the Wikileaks source, unless there was a much more complex game, going on, here.

It isn't until October 2016, that the Podesta emails start to drop on Wikileaks.

At this point, we see the DNC backbone of the Internet go under attack in the middle of the night, halting Twitter and other services. The "Jester" claimed responsibility for this attack and is Anti-Wikileaks. Many consider this to be Wikileaks' turning point, where it is suggested they are compromised.

Several posts appear on the chans with detailed explanation of how Wikileaks was taken over.

While we have the dotgovs hack, with thousands of doxx on FBI and DHS agents, Wikileaks instead, chooses to doxx ICE agents. Why not all three? They begin to take sides in politics, more.

Roger Stone (who had worked with NXIVM, who was also doing their own hacks through keyloggers), sends an email to Steve Bannon, stating plainly that Assange cut a deal with the Clintons and that Bannon needed to pay Assange if he wanted to see the rest.

This is where it gets murky. Assange has all the protections of the First Amendment, per the Pentagon Papers Supreme Court ruling UNLESS he was doing this selectively, in exchange for payment. This would make him a racketeer/extortionist/blackmailer, in the eyes of US law.

Both sides of the media have been carefully navigating their narrative to avoid explaining these underlying facts to everyone in a cohesive manner.

Wikileaks; a GCHQ operation? Something to consider.

Seth Rich; killed for NGP VAN and NOT DNC emails? Something to consider.

Roger Stone connected to someone who can hack, based on his intel? Something to consider. The answer to this question would reveal which factions are really fighting. (Small group inside NAVINTEL, starting with using Behghazi hard drives to steer towards justice?)

The Panama Papers/DNC emails/Podesta emails, etc; All part of one larger operation? Something to consider. Could Julian Assange be part of a much larger operation? Or was Wikileaks blue-dyed, like everyone else, to see how selectively they would leak?

Either way, the facts have all pointed in a different direction that you have been pointed by both the "Right" and the "Left." There is a layer of complexity to this that the news is intentionally ignoring.
