According to PJ Media, Supreme Court Justice Thorsen also dismissed Ed Day’s absurd argument of a “state of emergency,” explaining that the presence of 166 measles cases among a population of 330,000 people is not an “epidemic.”

Last year there were 380 cases in the USA that has a population of 330 million.

I would call that an epidemic.

1 in a million is an epidemic? Epidemics are when half the kids in the class are home with the measles, not one or 2 people in an area. The measle vaccine itself causes shedding and the measles that is the more likely cause. You guys are watching too much TV they scream about measle epidemics when one person has it nowadays.

That MMR vaccine is more dangerous than a stupid case of the measles that everyone used to catch back in the day.
