This is wrong...

The original book was like 45 pages long. The CIA copy is about the same with the blank pages removed...

the 1993 copy is two books. The original 45 pager with some updated information, data from the 80's etc + another book called the Aftermath of Adam and Eve. Same author Chauncey P Thomas

Th CIA admits they sanitized it. The original hardcover book is 180 pages.

It is not, unless you mean an issue right in 1963? The 1965 copy is 44 pages or so.
