I've definitely seen it! I believe it was a sales pitch at the Pentagon? They were talking about a vaccine that delivers a virus to a certain part of the brain that they considered to be involved in radical religious beliefs. The virus would cause the brain damage like a lobotomy without the nail. Totally sick stuff! The sad thing is it's probably already in our water!
