you can also try to ground yourself during sleep. like using an antistatic wristband. or grounding the bed itself, but they dont use the mains, lol, its dangerous and too much polluted. then other people run an audible noise generator over night, i guess pink noise is common. in some cases, lighting a candle is sufficient, it utilizes the same principle, the random flickering light is a bonus.
Forgot the description, my bad. But dont try a copper mesh. You need such a fine mesh its more effective to simply put large sheets on the wall and ceiling and cover it with wallpaper. Dedicated cell phone antennas on the roof with plugin for mobile phones will be a thing too if you ask me.
