Make you always feel BAD. Think of the power of that. The ability to influence someone with that tool. This has been around for DECADES. Today it is probably far more advanced than I present here.
This is intriguing, especially with the whole black eye thingy.... I wonder if it could be voice to skull tech as well. So they say all the right things and have someone piping them information in real time. Interesting stuff.
