When I first started hear that some of these chemical attacks were staged I was skeptical.
I'm still a little skeptical ... but there are some inconsistencies.
First the "chemical" attacks are so primitive I can't imagine that they are effective. Chlorine gas seems to be the agent. I've accidently created this from simple stupidity in my own bathroom. It's not hard to escape. It would take immense quantities to kill a neighborhood.
The Germans tried it in WWI with limited success. They moved on. If the germans have to double down on something and it still doesn't work, I don't think the Syrian government can do better.
Then there is the bizarre incident with the israelis allowing the "white helmets" to cross the border from syria. The "white helmets" are the ones documenting the "chemical attacks"
