Yet humanity managed to get into the billions with most of us to this day still being unvaccinated. The science is sound but the implementation, schedules, lack of review and profiteering are all good reasons to not trust vaccines.
Pretty sure the boomers aka population boomers that brought us into the billions were indeed vaccinated. There was no other time in history we came close... I'll concede that flu vaccines are fucking retarded bullshit, and for that matter so is any vaccine that isn't one of the ones you get at birth for things like measles...
This will sound insane to anyone who hasn't researched it but there is no proof anyone has ever been paralyzed from polio. Paralysis was likely caused by arsenic based pesticides or DDT. Back then they didn't have any way to identify contagions except classifying them through symptoms. Paralysis is also a disease of poor sanitation, so there could be lots of causes of it. Dr. Suzanne Humphries has a good video about it.
Measles spreads easily and is uncomfortable but generally only kills the malnourished or those who are weak from some other cause.
Nobody brought up smallpox, but that one is different because they could use the non-deadly cowpox virus to inoculate against it.
It's not rocket science to know that after ww2 every single baby born in a hospital in a western civilization county was indeed vaccinated with a polio and measles vaccine, and probably some others I am unaware of.
What is the reason boomers are called boomers? Is it because they were the first generation that had 10+ living brothers and sisters. And why were those 10 brothers and sisters living, unlike the previous generations? Do you suppose it had anything to do with vaccines? Or for that matter DDT ffs... Obviously being exposed to DDT is a bad thing, but it's pretty hard to deny that it cause a huge boom in food production.
I don't really think there is a black and white answer to any of this, but I don't feel as though saving people from things like chicken pox is a bad thing no matter how you slice it. In your own linked video about measles the guy even says that same thing right at the start of the video. There is too much unknown. What is known is that boomers are what they are, you can't deny that. You certainly can argue that vaccines weren't one of the main causes of that population growth, but it's up for debate.
Boomers were also the first generation with a steady rise in allergies and autoimmune disorders. Large families had much more to do with growing economic status of the middle class than vaccines. Today we have more vaccines than ever, and people can hardly afford to have a single child, and if they have that child, it's statistically sicker than ever before with chronic ailments that were not present 50+ years ago.
You should watch the whole video series on measles (I corrected the link, which was only the first video initially). Especially the graphs on measles mortality compared to other diseases are quite telling.

Meanwhile, on reddit, everyone says that not vacinating is tantamount to murdering your children.

You really should look into polio and measles. Now you're just robotically regurgitating big pharma talking points. You can start with these:
