Demolition of underground rail tubes. Blow the ratlines up, then you have the baddies trapped in their DUMBs with no escape. I heard some of the booms here recently in NC.
This is just speculation on my part. No way to prove anything but connecting this subject with all the sink holes that have been reported across America and a story a while back about some of our military being trained to fight in underground facilities, bunkers and tunnels. I get the feeling there's a lot going on below the surface. Even if that is exactly what is going on, nobody would believe it anyway.
I love a good conspiracy but the guy writing this is a joke. Scrolling through his archive and his last article was that the starship enterprise was above California. He also seems to write this same story every couple weeks.

For year I used to hear explosions in my city in the middle of the night. Have not heard any in years, but it was at least once a month for a while.
