Numbers being broadcast in the background of a YouTube video! Coded message? (Conspiracy)

I was just watching Hannity live on the Juju Bot Channel on YouTube. During the TV commercials, the channel mutes and dims the transmission. There is usually a little background noise, kind of a strange music. Well, beneath that noise I could hear numbers being repeated like they do on those shortwave radio transmissions. WTF?
