Lyme Disease: What info do we have on this? (Conspiracy)

I just found out that someone I know might have Lyme Disease. I'm going to try and put together some useful links for them and figured I would start here. What info do we have on this?

I've heard Lyme Disease and Morgellons might be the same thing.
