Don't know how they would know it's a reconnaissance spaceship. But I did hear an interesting talk last year by several ex-NSA and CIA whistle blowers who stated that many of the objects floating above Earth are of unknown origin. Kinda spooky.

Article says object's acceleration can't be explained by the sun's force of gravity, and also the known laws of physics can't explain it. That's not enough to say it is intelligently designed. It is common knowledge our laws of physics are not uniform throughout space.
