Vaccines are safe to an extent. As with anything you put into your body there is a risk for severe reaction.
But this is without taking into account the possibility of manipulation by bad people to purposefully make them more dangerous which is what we really need to look into.
An actual vaccine for say measles is safe and nessecary for 99% of people, it is quite simple science really. The issue is manipulation to make them more dangerous or other ingredients in the vaccine
Measles? When I was a kid, there was no vaccine and measles were no big deal just an excuse to stay home from school for a few days. Now they scream about measle outbreaks of a couple hundred people as if the sky is falling. I suspect that most of these outbreaks are caused by the vaccine to begin with because I know of people who that happened to.
I would sooner my kid have measles than take a chance of injecting them with the toxins they put into the so-called "jab".
And why is it that they NEVER compare the well-being of people who got the vaccine vs people who caught the disease they are vaccinating against. As in how many people get sicker from the cure than they would have from the disease.

It can be deadly for an infant...
I'm not sure, how much do you really think the risk is of a reaction??? 1/100? 1/1000?
If there were no vaccine for say measles, infant death rate would be significantly higher
