1 - They are degenerates. Some look normal outside.

2 - They can hypnotize unaware people called goys.

Yes. Hypnotized people have flat brains. If your brains are hypnotized, your brain can only understand straight talking. This is why the majority of media use metaphors or allegories to talk about the current situation. This is because a hypnotized brain can't understand these.
