I live about 8 minutes away, should I go and see if they will respond to questions?

I've lived here for at least the last 15 years and that mall is mostly vacated because of a police/assailant shooting a number of years back, since then parents stopped taking their kids there and the mall businesses dropped off dramatically fast.

From my understanding, a Chinese or other foreign hedge fund group purchased the mall and not much has happened to it since, you can still go by and walk around the mostly closed up shops. There was a Chinese buffet that was still open last time I stopped in.

~~~ EDIT UPDATE ~~~
Finally done uploading, I am to lazy to cut edit and resize so enjoy the quality 170MB 1:23 video.
I am off work again tomorrow so I may swing by earlier in the day and check in again, also might go inside the mall and see if I can talk to or get a contact number for whoever would be in charge of giving them the access to park the RV here.
I can't quite tell from the video, but it would seem there were two FEMA RV's in the website photo, and only one when you checked the place out.
Did one of them leave since the original photo was taken, or did the video just not catch the other one from that angle?
No other officially marked vehicles in the lot. There was a Penske Truck about 4 spaces down, one of the big moving trucks. Otherwise other cars in the lot were likely shopping or had business in the mall. I also drove around to the 2 nice hotels on the other side of the mall to check for any DHS teams, but unless they drive unmarked vehicles now I did not see any at those nicer/closest hotels.(I have seen the DHS teams before, quite hard to miss, I was on a job down in Dallas couple years back and our hotel we'd been using for weeks had a team move in and they had like 15 vehicles all marked and geared up)
Interesting. Thanks again for taking the time out of your day to satisfy a bunch of strangers' paranoia!
