A woman named Jacline Mouraud, who allegedly started the yellow vest protests apparently quit due to threats. A man named "Thierry Paul Valette" then took her place as a head of the movement. Valette is given lots of attention by media, is an actor, and worked for UNESCO.
It's noted throughout the video how agent prevaricators could easily ruin things for them. They're being portrayed by media as a violent mob rather than protest. 19:30:

France openly also wishes to implement Estonian levels of e-governance by 2022.
In order to bring about the e-governance changes that they want, and quell the protestor's qualms, the video's creators suggest that France might coax citizens with a universal basic income, but then also implement Estonian e-governance.
