Remember growing up back in early 70's when a big stink was made over the Pentagon spending several millions of dollars on a custom $1200 toilet seat (actually the money was spent on the PAVE BLUE project - later known as the F-117 Stealth Fighter)!
Think about what "New" Service branch President Trump wants , and the possible motives for it (not just here either - expand your horizons)! The need for that service shall soon be made manifest (unfortunately, probably before 2019 is gone).
