Technically speaking they are human embryos or fetuses.
Which is a stage in human development, man. Like when a baby becomes a toddler, becomes a pre-teen, becomes an adult, man.

We have different viewpoints on what the product being transferred is.
And for sake of argument let's say it is 'murdered humans' as you put it.
Doesn't it make more sense that the remains are used for something useful, instead of being incinerated and then their death is for naught?
No. It's just more profiting on murder. This will in turn lead to higher demands for murder.
