She's right in many aspects, but what an annoying video to watch !
The title is a bit of an exaggeration, I would say most environmentalists know already that eating meat is bad for the environment and act accordingly. Also she makes it sound like it's and and/or thing, where for example either you use less water in your home or you eat less meat, can we do both maybe ?
I know many people that consider themselves environmentalists but have no idea that meat consumption is bad for the environment at all, or they don't know how bad it really is. I think that's the main target demographic for this video.
The "either you use less water in your home or you eat less meat"-thing was more for the sake of comparison/perspective, I think.
For me the way she narrated was a little irritating, she spoke too fast and in a kind of condescending way. Too "hipsterish" for my taste, but I see how it may appeal to some people.
