I live in North Jersey, for my whole life! I can't seem to remember a time when South Jersey had a blizzard and North Jersey got nothing! This is completely strange, New Jersey is very small compared to most States. The North gets the snow, the South gets the leftovers, from my 40 years of experience in this state, that's what I see!
