  • they already have a plan to Exit the Euro and probably have Drachma printed.

  • They want to agree to this agreement and 'Sign over Assets'

  • They (Greek Gov) will say they need X amount to recapitalize Banks.

  • Greek Gov will get the Euro Cash, and most of the people that have cash caught up in banks will withdraw it.

Banks "open" on Monday although they do not really open, deal already looks shaky - 20-7-15

  • Then protests will start and 'overthrow' the gov

  • now New Greek Gov (bonus with former Fin Minister V) will say "Those assets are the peoples", "The people voted No"

  • new Gov will nationalize the assets, then nationalize the Greek Central Bank.

Euro Bank Chumps will say "give us back the cash", new gov will say " That's got nothing to do with us that was the previous Gov"

Now Greece has more Cash and all it's assets, will move to Drachma

This has happened in history before, but I doubt that they could be forgiven at this point. At the moment the media as in the way people interpret the media is what controls world goverments. Which in term they can effect the media and use it that way. However that's another story. To keep it short, basically the people of other countries will take notice and it will become news and so decisions will be made. So even if greece tries to pull something like that off, you can expect some wild decisions by the rest of the world to intervene. Due to the effect that people now are able to follow big boy politics without any issue.
