It doesn't read like they gave anyone syphilis, they just told people that already had syphilis that they would receive treatment but never did. Still fucked up but not as fucked up.

I don't hate blacks and I don't necessarily like them. There is a difference between getto niggers and blacks. What the government did was criminal and one of the most immoral things I have ever seen. They did something similar when testing radium in Saint Louis. They sprayed it in a mist from buildings and vehicles in low income housing areas. They would do the same to the rest of us if they thought they could get away with it.

They are doing the same to the rest of us. You can't breathe on a mirror and then watch the fog of your breath spread over the whole mirror and adjacent walls over the subsequent hour. That's not how condensation works.
