Except the CIA that was allegedly "cleaned up" per point 10 is the same CIA that announced they had a recording of MBS giving orders to silence Khashoggi (thereby negating points 10 and 5).
And like @kindomhearts123 I rather doubt the hanging in #2 happened. In fact, the Ritz was reopened for regular paying hotel guests in February, 2018.
