hmmm... let's see, needing a federal license to feed homeless = controlling the food supply + centralization of power + eliminating communities to govern themselves and solve problems... how's that for starters. I always assumed that those who frequent conspiracy subs were usually better at connecting the dots, was this a false assumption on my part or are we treating this sub as if everyone has to be spoon fed.
Those regulations arent federal, they're local. Even states dont get into that stuff, permits and zoning laws are typically city or county level government (it varies depending on the city). The purpose of those regulations is to literally control the distribution of free goods and services to homeless people because homeless people will be drawn to these locations. The public wants their local officials to control these things they dont want a bunch of homeless people in their neighborhoods sleeping in the gutter, scaring their children, stealing from them, begging from them, and most of all dragging down their property values.
This is just some of the occasional bad PR that jew media pushes out to cultivate sympathy for homeless people to help them push marxism. They do the same shit in places with methadone clinics "johnny addict has to take two busses every day to get to the clinic to get his fix, it's so bad he might relapse! Methadone clinics on every corner!"
The term conspiracy does not include politicians acknowledging exactly what they are doing, why they are doing it, and the public wanting them to do that. The closest thing to a conspiracy here is you getting manipulated into thinking this is not the result of local democratic processes.
I disagree that you outlined the reason "why" they are doing this. It's bigger than that. The majority of the homeless are not drug addicts, or at least didn't start out that way. They are a product of corporate welfare, what we saw after the 2008 Wall Street scam where Obama took those responsible and put them in charge of running the United States.
As for how to deal with the homeless, feeding them is step one. Step two is providing mental health support and preferably housing. Once you solve your homeless issue, then your property value goes up in your community. And taking care of it is not by legislating it out of your vicinity, because the way things are going they will come back and there will be more of them.
The homeless are not your enemy, the government is.
I never said that I approve of this or that policy I said it wasn't a conspiracy. How to deal with homeless people is a legit policy debate that takes place totally above board at the local level all over the country. It's clear that the people of Kansas City have elected officials that selected a policy of prohibiting food to the homeless without a permit and the police were enforcing that policy. This is a very common policy in large metropolitan areas.
If you dont like the policy then fine say so, but criticizing KC in particular because that's where they enforced it with bleach and glorifying this jew media sob story only serves (((their))) narrative, not yours.
This is how you change unjust laws, this is called democracy, direct action, it is how the United States came to be. As for the conspiracy, here you go, I'll lay it out for you in simpler terms.... Message to the middle class:
1) Hey look, homeless people.
2) Shut up and don't rock the boat or you become one of them.

If you live near a city as large as Kansas City try paying closer local politics a little bit more. NIMBY is a huge driver for all kinds of things.
