It's coming from israel. Russia is the only thing in the way if destabilizing Iran. And iran is the only threat to israel left.

The russia talk started mid way through the 2016 election and that's why it's known to be totally false.
If the russians did want to do anything though, the fake news is giving them the perfect cover because no one believes anything they say
