Once read (can't remember where!!) that, the oft used term by deep state actors, "Thousand points of light" actually secretly refers to NGO's (non-profit organization that operates independently of any government.) They are all over the world. Funded by mostly liberal "benefactors."

Its occurred to me that if the NWO wanted to have a shadow government then a network of NGO's would be the way to do it; working in the background seemingly benign but actually very malignant!
