I heard a theory that snowden was CIA trying to make the NSA look bad, anyone have info on that?

I doubt there is evidence of that. Also, I dont think Putin would trust someone from the CIA to remain freely in Russia.

It's only something I very recently heard, which is why I'm asking for info. Want me to send any I find?
