You seem to be unaware that all proprietary encryption software already has back doors and this is just a publicity campaign to smooth the Public's acceptance of that fact.
The FBI would already have all the codes. And yes I agree the the U.K. is getting a right butt raping. But I laugh because people think that the FBI doesn't have the codes. lol.
