True. The Bible says as such. I can choose to believe the Bible which gives me hope and life, or Scientism, which promises me I’m from nowhere and going nowhere. Both Scientism and Christianity require faith.

By the way, a great documentary for those seeking is by Celebrate Truth. They have Scientism Exposed I and II on YouTube for free. There’s some overlap between the two, but I like the second one best.

The bible does not declare the earth to be flat, idiot.

The Ancients beg to differ. Look up “Biblical Cosmology” and you’ll see all the people of the Old and New Testaments believed we live in an enclosed flat domed earth.

Also, the order of Creation doesn’t even make sense from globe heliocentric logic. If we rotate around the sun because of gravity, how is it God created the sun after the earth? Also, how is it God put the Sun, moon, and stars IN the firmament if indeed we live on a spinning globe earth shooting through space? Last I heard, scientists say the sun, moon, and stars are outside our atmosphere. Even if you believe the firmament is the “sky,” you’d still have to have the sun/moon/stars in our sky, which makes no sense from a globe perspective.

Look into simulation theory, it's the only thing that actually makes sense of what you are talking about without fully disreaurding well known and even ancient science the greeks knew the earth was round in the time before the library of Alexandria burned.

The Firmament refers to a physical plane.

Consider the laws of nature, Where can you read these laws? All you can read are the observations written down by natural philosophers and scientists but somehow these unwritten laws are ordering our universe, what if they simply aren't written onto the physical plane we inhabit but are written a different tangential "code" plane like code in a video game, this Jives pretty well with the lord "speaking" our reality into being.

The Flat Earth makes no sense and I've disproven 3 times over in this thread with simple observations about the moon, eclipses and the nature of ships sinking out of sight as they pass the horizon, if the earth were flat we should be able to see any ship hundreds of miles away on the surface of the ocean with telescopes.

"Biblical cosmology" is phooey that has no basis in the Bible

Firmament; the place which has firmness the realm of mass and matter.
