If you watch the full video he talks about getting a legal notary document, so you add in whatever stipulations you wanted for that. He mentions there 14 brain stem reflexes and they only test for 6 and don't do brain waves. I would go more generic than specific so make sure you know what types of brainwaves over what time period etc you would be okay with before adding something like that.

is there a way to legally stipulate what the medical response is to be for comas or "brain death"?
they make electrodes now to read the brain patterns directly, and even control robot limbs
