I used to think Icke was 100% loony toon. As more and more of his assertions turned out to be true, I've dropped my assessment down to 20% loony toon. I view his reptile/lizard statements as metaphors for sociopaths and psychopaths. Reptililian brains with no empathy, capacity for love or remorse.
