I frequently see a poorly argued copypasta. It looks like this:
ROTHSCHILD OWNED & CONTROLLED BANKS:
Afghanistan: Bank of Afghanistan
Albania: Bank of Albania
Algeria: Bank of Algeria
...
United Kingdom: Bank of England
United States: Federal Reserve, Federal Reserve Bank of New York
Vanuatu: Reserve Bank of Vanuatu
Venezuela: Central Bank of Venezuela
Vietnam: The State Bank of Vietnam
Yemen: Central Bank of Yemen
Zambia: Bank of Zambia
Zimbabwe: Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe
The argument seems to be, "We can write down a list of central banks, and therefore we can make any kind of claim we like without any kind of supporting evidence."
However, Rothschild family holdings are private and not subject to audit. Thus, for example, I can find descriptions of what the Rothschilds own as follows:
Rothschilds Continuation Holdings AG, a Swiss company that manages interests in many Rothschild-founded institutions. There are no longer any Rothschild family members on its board (the last having retired in 2011), though about eight Rothschilds are believed to own stakes in it (like many holding companies, it's privately held, so its records are not public).
However, if the Rothschilds own something, they can keep their ownership secret. The Rothschilds might own 51% of the bank of Zimbabwe, but I can't prove that.
So when people say, "These central national banks are owned by Rothschilds" what I hear is "These banks are owned by unaccountable private owners."

By 1801, the Rothschild family held the five largest banking houses in Europe. These banks have never been transferred to anyone else. The rest follow from what those banks own, as well as the Jekyll Island meeting.
