Something is going on, but we still had like 15+ other solar observatories active during this period around the world. So I don't think it was the grand solar minimum in this case.
Some observatories can detect and view things that other observatories can't. Think, one can record magnetic anomalies, another doesn't have that equipment. They all don't have the same capabilities. I'd be interested to see what sort of data the observatories that were shut down could collect vs. what the observatories that were left active.
That's what I'm wondering about. Normally I'd say this is more likely just coincidence, but two satellites and a major ground station at the same time?
Still, like you said, there are hundreds of other telescopes (both optical and radio) around the US, not to mention underground telescopes for pickup up nutrinos and gravational waves.
So what can these three devices pick up that others can't? Have any other observatories published any weird stuff?

The sun is going into a major cool down and things are fixing to go to shit. Ice age maybe headed our way.

It maybe something else, but I think they’re leaving us clueless to depopulate us. Leave us stupid is the government motto.
