I don't know anyone who tries to purchase firearms while smoking a doobie, and even legally, simply because I have done something before, and intend to do it again, does not violate the statement that I am not doing it now, at the time of signing and certainly not proof of addiction. The law is unenforcable and unprovable and invalid (null/void). Lawmakers will know this and this is likely a programming/fear tactic to minimize armed, informed, republican stoners (we exist!).
Don't be naive! The card is a registry for all users, it is completely unnecessary! Unless you're trying to take people's guns away! Step one don't sell two card holders! Step 2 remove currently owned guns from prescription card holders! Many being veterans! Just another way to get our guns! Having a card, doesn't mean you go into a store with a lit joint!

I wonder if pot users, medically or otherwise, will still be unable to lawfully own and buy guns after weed is federally legalized? It's just a matter of time before it happens. I wonder if people who used alcohol during prohibition could legally buy and own guns?
