In the 1990s, a British scientist, Jennifer Luke, discovered that fluoride accumulates to strikingly high levels in the pineal gland. (Luke 2001).

Fluoridated water was actually first recorded in Colorado Springs in the late 1800s, occurring naturally. It still occurs naturally, and my dentist actually recommended a filter to limit exposure in my kids.
I'm no fan of fluoridated water, but I've yet to see any actual primary source evidence of its use in prisoner camps.
