Since hearing about fluoride the last few months I've cut back on tap water and increased my iodine intake. I have noticed an improvement in my mental clarity and joint health. I wish I could find an affordable and reliable water filtration system because I'm worried about the plastic in my bottled water. Maybe we can get environmentalists and concerned mothers to help with getting fluoride banned from tap water. Plastic bottles pollute the environment. Fluoride is bad for children. For all I know fluoride causes Autism and A.D.D.

and btw all bottle water has fluoride. Some brands have little and some have much more than tap water. Aquafina has the lowest. https://fluoridealert.org/content/bottled-water/

Well shit. I've been buying Costco water thinking it didn't have flouride in it. Maybe i was experiencing a placebo effect or the iodine is helping. Thanks for the info.

You really need a filter your drinking water at the very least. The gravity fed ceramic work. I suppose you could also distill your drinking water. I've done that before and it tests free of chemical shit afterwards. The problem tends to be you have taken all the minerals out as well. To solve that I add a few cracks of pink Himalayan salt and a bit of raw apple cider vinegar.

It probably is making a difference as it's still likely many many times lower than your tap ppm levels.

Fluoride is hard to get out, but you have two choices. They make special fluoride filters for about $50 for under sink setups and you have to replace the filters kinda often. It can get expensive but it works well.

The other option is a zerowater filter and this is the route I went. Users have sent in water filtered with the zerowater to independent labs and the test showed zero fluoride. You can find these results online.

One filter lasts me about 6-8 months normally but I get much more out of them. The trick is to save the old filter when it starts reading some TDS on the meter. Then first you filter your water through it and then pour that water through a new filter. The new filter will last years because it's barely filtering anything.

A countertop distiller gets everything out of your tap water. It costs me about 25 cents per gallon in electricity. Been drinking it exclusively for 3 years.

which also means you're robbing your body of some essential minerals. I hope you're eating your veggies or taking supplements too.
