This is a conspiracy I absolutely believe. I absolutely believe the premise that it’s intended to be a bulwark against famine and bio-terror attacks against us, and that anything deployed at home will have short term effects, but it’d be absolutely insane to believe the military industrial complex isn’t looking at turning this into a weapon of utter obliteration on large nations with a huge rural and peasant populace, knowing a forced famine could cause insurrection and civil war, thus bringing down an enemy from within and preventing, or severely limiting, them from having the ability to attack us.
